Draytek Vigor 2915ac Dual-WAN Broadband Firewall VPN Router

The Draytek Vigor2915 Series is an integrated network management solution designed for a small business. The primary WAN interface is a Gigabit Ethernet, and users can add a secondary WAN connection using port number 4, the USB port, or the Wi-Fi interface. The Dual-WAN provides load balancing or link redundancy to ensure a reliable Internet access. Vigor2915 Series is also a robust VPN server for up to 16 concurrent tunnels. The firewall and content filtering features can control the incoming and outgoing network traffic, and it also offers bandwidth management functions that optimize the bandwidth allocation and make the best use of the subscribed bandwidth.

RETURN POLICY 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not opened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer has to read the Terms and Conditions carefully. C2I STORE and Computer Science Co. LLC have the right to refuse a return / refund / exchange request if the terms were not followed.

• Our team will reply to you within 24 hours
• If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Delivery charges will be borne by customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception  and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged (Dead on Arrival)  or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know within 3 working days if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

• Items ordered will be processed within the same or next business day. Some items will be ordered from their respective vendors or distributors. You will be informed of any change in the expected delivery time.

• Please keep your address clear with your contact number, so that the delivery courier can contact you and arrange for delivery.
